Seni Moda is a creative fashion design studio where children, teens, and adults explore fashion illustration, design, colour, textiles, and visual storytelling through hands-on learning experiences.

Seni Style Makers introduces the exciting world of fashion through illustration, colour, creativity, and hands-on design projects in a fun and supportive environment.
Age 13–17
Seni Future Icons
Seni Future Icons develops fashion illustration, creative thinking, and design skills through industry-inspired projects, encouraging confidence, individuality, and future creative pathways.
Adults 18+
Seni Style Society
Seni Style Society offers a welcoming space to explore fashion illustration, creativity, and design while developing new skills, expressing your personal style, and connecting with a creative community.

At Seni Moda, our programs are thoughtfully designed to inspire creativity at every stage of the journey. Whether you're discovering fashion for the first time, developing your artistic skills, or preparing for future creative studies, our structured learning pathways provide the guidance and confidence to grow.
Students can progress through age-appropriate programs, with Foundation, Intermediate, and selected specialist pathways available to build skills, creativity, and design knowledge over time. Every class combines fashion illustration, design thinking, colour, branding, and storytelling through hands-on projects in a supportive studio environment.
HSC Portfolio Preparation (Years 11–12)
HSC Portfolio Preparation (Years 11–12)
Designed for students undertaking HSC Visual Arts, Textiles & Design, or Design and Technology, this specialised mentoring program supports students in developing high-quality major works and portfolios while strengthening their creative confidence and technical skills.
Working alongside an experienced fashion designer and educator, students receive personalised guidance throughout every stage of their project—from researching and developing ideas to refining concepts and presenting their final work. Sessions are tailored to each student's individual project, school requirements, and creative goals.
Students will receive guidance in:
Concept and theme development
Visual diary planning and documentation
Artist and designer research
Fashion illustration and design development
Textile, colour, and material exploration
Design process and creative problem-solving
Composition, presentation, and layout techniques
Portfolio refinement and professional presentation

Whether pursuing a career in fashion, design, architecture, visual arts, or other creative industries, this program helps students build a strong portfolio, develop independent creative thinking, and prepare confidently for HSC assessment and future tertiary study.

No. Our programs are designed for beginners through to developing creatives.
Students are guided step-by-step and encouraged to learn at their own pace.

Most materials are supplied by Seni Moda unless otherwise advised.

Yes. All materials are included in your program fee, allowing students to focus on learning and creating from day one.
Students will have access to a range of fashion illustration and design resources, including sketchbooks, drawing materials, worksheets, inspiration resources, and project materials throughout the course.
Specific inclusions may vary depending on the program and project requirements.

Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure personalised support and individual creative development.
Min 1 to Max of 8 students per class.
What if my child misses a class?

Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Where possible, lesson summaries or catch-up activities may be provided, however make-up classes are not guaranteed.
How do I enrol?

1. Visit our website and select your preferred class or workshop.
2. Complete your booking and payment through the website.
3. Once your order has been received, a Student Enrolment Form, Medical Information Form, Emergency Contact Form, and Photo Consent Form will be emailed to you.
4. Complete and return the required forms prior to your child's first class.
5. You will receive a confirmation email with class details and commencement information once your enrolment has been finalised.

Refunds are generally not available once a program has commenced.
If Seni Moda cancels a class, a replacement class, credit, or refund may be offered.

Students are supervised during scheduled class times only.
Parents and guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection before and after class.

To encourage independence and creativity, classes are generally student-only.
Parents may be invited to attend showcases, presentations, and special events.

Students work on a variety of creative projects throughout the term and may present their designs during showcases or end-of-term presentations.

Students may receive a Certificate of Participation at the completion of selected programs.

SENI MODA TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Enrolment
1.1 Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed enrolment form and full payment (or approved payment plan).
1.2 Places are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.3 Seni Moda reserves the right to decline or cancel an enrolment if it is deemed not to be in the best interests of the student, other participants, or the studio.
2. Fees & Payments
2.1 All class fees must be paid prior to the commencement of the program unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 Payment plans may be offered at the discretion of Seni Moda.
2.3 Students with outstanding fees may not be permitted to attend classes until payment has been received.
2.4 Prices are subject to change without notice for future enrolments and programs.
3. Refunds & Cancellations
3.1 Enrolment fees are non-refundable once a program has commenced.
3.2 If a student withdraws prior to the start of a program, a refund may be granted less any administration fees incurred.
3.3 Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.4 Make-up classes are not guaranteed.
3.5 If Seni Moda cancels a class or program, students will be offered:
A replacement class;
A credit towards a future program; or
A refund for the cancelled session(s).
4. Attendance
4.1 Students are expected to attend classes regularly and arrive on time.
4.2 Parents or guardians must notify Seni Moda if a student will be absent.
4.3 Repeated absences may impact a student's learning progress and project completion.
5. Collection of Children
5.1 Parents or authorised guardians must collect students promptly at the conclusion of class.
5.2 Students will only be released to authorised persons listed on the enrolment form unless alternative arrangements have been communicated in writing.
5.3 Seni Moda is not responsible for students outside scheduled class times.
6. Student Behaviour
6.1 Students are expected to:
Treat teachers, staff and fellow students respectfully.
Follow safety instructions.
Use materials and equipment responsibly.
Contribute positively to the learning environment.
6.2 Bullying, harassment, discrimination, intimidation, inappropriate language, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
6.3 Seni Moda reserves the right to suspend or remove any student whose behaviour poses a risk to themselves or others.
7. Health & Medical Information
7.1 Parents and guardians must provide accurate and up-to-date medical information.
7.2 Any allergies, medical conditions, disabilities, or support requirements must be disclosed at enrolment.
7.3 Parents must notify Seni Moda of any changes to medical information during the program.
7.4 In the event of an emergency, Seni Moda may seek medical assistance if a parent or guardian cannot be contacted.
8. Child Safety
8.1 Seni Moda is committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all children and young people.
8.2 All staff and volunteers working directly with children are expected to comply with relevant child-safe requirements and policies.
8.3 Any concerns regarding child safety will be treated seriously and managed appropriately.
9. Photography & Media
9.1 Photographs and videos may be taken during classes, workshops, exhibitions, and events.
9.2 Images will only be used where consent has been provided through the Photo & Media Consent Form.
9.3 Personal information will not be published without permission.
9.4 Parents may withdraw photo consent at any time by notifying Seni Moda in writing.
10. Student Work
10.1 Students retain ownership of their original creative work.
10.2 Seni Moda may photograph student projects for educational, promotional, exhibition, or portfolio purposes where consent has been provided.
10.3 Students may be invited to participate in exhibitions, showcases, competitions, or presentations.
11. Personal Property
11.1 Students are responsible for their personal belongings.
11.2 Seni Moda accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
11.3 Valuable items should not be brought to class unless required for educational purposes.
12. Safety & Studio Equipment
12.1 Students must follow all safety instructions provided by teachers and staff.
12.2 Students must use art materials, tools, equipment, and studio resources appropriately.
12.3 Any intentional damage to studio property may result in repair or replacement costs being charged to the parent or guardian.
13. Privacy
13.1 Personal information collected by Seni Moda is used solely for educational, administrative, safety, and communication purposes.
13.2 Information will be stored securely and managed in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
13.3 Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or necessary for the safety and wellbeing of a student.
14. Program Changes
14.1 Seni Moda reserves the right to:
Change class schedules;
Substitute teachers;
Adjust lesson content;
Modify program structures where necessary.
14.2 Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
15. Force Majeure
15.1 Seni Moda shall not be liable for cancellations, interruptions, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters;
Severe weather;
Government restrictions;
Public health emergencies;
Venue closures.
16. Acceptance
By enrolling in a Seni Moda program, workshop, course, or event, parents, guardians, and students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
